The olive harvest of the 200 plants that surround Montonale winery has now ended.
The fruits, of Leccino, Casaliva and Pendolino varieties, have undergone manual selection and are already in olive-press , where they will be processed during the day.
The organic olives will be cold-pressed in a controlled atmosphere; the extraction will take place with a two-phase decanter.
Filtered immediately, the Garda's EVO oil signed by Montonale has a fruity nose, with light notes of artichoke. On the palate it is light, with a subtle bitter and spicy sensation. Available in the next days directly in the wine shop, it will be the perfect dressing for your most delicate dishes.
